3months

Sleep: sleeping through the night...check  taking naps in crib...check   cuddles with mommy early in the mornings...double check

  

Best Moments: Mason has started to smile and laugh...the boy is super ticklish around his neck and under his arms...dad made him laugh tickling his feet. 

 I love our mornings together, even if it is early, hes such a good cuddle bug

Worst Moments:  When he is cranky at night (not too often) but boy does he cry!!

Trying to keep him awake at night until its bed time.

Thinking I am not sending enough time with Mason!

Eating:  he is a great eater... I feel like I am feeding the kid every 5 mins sometimes.

Health: he's a healthy little man :)

Things about Mason:

Mason is "talking" If we talk to him he will start cooing away.

smiles and laughs at noises Brad and I make!

likes to eat his hands...if the pacifier is not in his mouth, usually his hands are

drools a lot

grabbing things and holding on to them

turns over on side now

in mostly 0-3 months clothes still but fits in some 3months already.

Miles and Mason:

When we tell Miles we are going somewhere, he asks if Mason is going too.

2 months!

 weight 11.75lbs

Sleep: Mason sleeps great during the night. Only wakes up once but has started to sleep through the night!! Praise the Lord! 

Best Moments:  Everything is the best moment...watching my boys grow is the best thing ever <3

Worst Moments: Mason turns into a monster around 8pm...He cries and is fussy (Mama hates not being able to make him feel better). Sometimes he's been pretty cranky during the day too, but I think some of that is wanting to be held all the time!

Eating: Mason is a hungry boy and never misses a meal.

 
Health: He's a healthy little boy. Mason is growing way to fast for me to keep up with his clothes. Has been wearing 0-3 months for about 2 weeks now and even fits into some 3 months clothes!! Slow down little man

Things about Mason:

likes to be held out facing you, or when he is in the carrier he like to let his head hang like this:

Miles and Mason:

Happy 1 Month <3

Sleep: Mason is sleeping great (I've been blessed with children who like to sleep as much as me. fingers crossed Mason stays like this)!! I call him my little sleepy beauty. He pretty much only gets up once at night to eat...however he is the noisiest sleeper EVER at night!! 

  

Best Moments: Brad announcing it was a boy!!  Mason is, so far, a laid back kid which has made life a bit easier then I thought it would be. 

I love his fuzzy hair. 

Worst Moments: Mason being a loud sleeper! Feeling guilty not being able to spend as much time with Mason like I did with Miles.

Eating: super good eater. you will know when he is hungry!!

Health: When he was first born the hospital had to monitor his breathing and oxygen levels because they were not were they were suppose to be after birth. It was more of a precaution.


Mason spent half of his 1 month birthday in the ER. 
I gave him his Vitamin D drops in the am and he started choking on it and coughing up phlegm (a good amount to be worrisome) talk about being scared! The ER did a chest Xray and checked vitals...all were good. not sure why all the phlegm though. 

Things about Mason:

Pretty laid back kid...only time he really cries is either because he is hungry or needs his diaper changed.

Miles and Mason:

Miles loves his little brother and is so good with him <3 

Miles is worried when Mason cries. We have to reassure him that Mason is Okay.

Miles is learning to be gentle with Mason (Poor Mason has gotten hit with a toy and Miles big head hitting him but he's a trooper)

Sleep: Praise the lord my child still is sleeping through the night!! (and i am so very thankful for this too because mama loves her sleep). We are doing good with a napping schedule too. Miles struggles with the last late afternoon one but i know he is tired. I don't think he is ready to loss that one either.

Best Moments: Watching my baby crawl for the first time!! yeah yeah i know now he can get into everything (and he does) but it is a pretty awesome thing watching him learn how to figure things out!  

He is always putting a smile on our faces, the boy is so silly.

I also love love watching Miles and Brad together. Miles just loves his daddy (pretty sure his first word are going to be dada). Its so cute the way Miles just lights up when Brad comes home from work. Miles eyes get big when the garage door opens, makes my heart melt.

Worst Moments: I would say it was a worst moment but some days, well they just feel like they are never going to end and 5:30pm can not come any sooner.

Eating: Miles is eating 3 solid food meal a day (hes an eating machine) and so far not picky at all.

This month we have tried: applesauce, spinach, cantaloupe, cauliflower, mashed potatoes, apricots, pears, beets, and honeydew

Health: he is one chunky lil boy and so grateful for his good health

Teeth: we have TWO bottom teeth in now

Things about Miles.

he is a crawling machine!! (first week of Aug)

loves to stand.

does well with strangers most of the time (usually makes sure he can see me and then 

stares down the person)

still love to hits things (maybe he will be a drummer) ha

now that he has found his voice, he likes to yell (dad calls him the Hulk)

he like his jumpy thing (if you jump with him 

he thinks thats just the greatest)

he does better playing by himself (bonus for me when trying to get dinner done)
