| This is how are morning started...this is the reason why mommy did not get pics done! |
sleep: I am so lucky that Miles sleeps through the night.
(Mommy really really appreciates)
Within the last 2 months Miles has gotten on a somewhat
schedule during the day and is doing pretty well on it. Besides the first early
morning nap, Miles pretty much sleeps in his crib now (another thing mommy
appreciates) He actually prefers and does better when I put him down for his
naps in the crib. He usually put himself to sleep too!! aww such a good boy he
is.
best moments: When dad comes home because Miles is SO SO
happy to see his daddy. They have their special time when daddy goes up stairs
to change out of his work clothes. I can hear Miles screaming laughing while
Brad is playing with him, make my heart melt. I also enjoy my morning hugs. I
never was much of a morning person ( you kinda have to be once you are a mom)
but I look forward to getting up to that smiling face (even if it is 4 am)
worst moments: when Miles is whinny and nothing is making
him happy.
eating: we started Miles on solids a little after he turned
6months. First thing when made was yummy peas. When had the camera ready and
the video going but he never made a face or anything. He did seem to like them
though. Then he had carrots (not sure he cared for those but it might have been
the texture, I don't think I made them smooth enough for him). Next he ate
sweet potatoes and bananas. He never makes a face and he eats all of it.
health: he's a good healthy little chunky monkey. he weighed 15.5lbs at his 6 month check up.
teeth: HE HAVE A BOTTOM TOOTH coming in!!
Things about Miles:
starting sitting up right after he turned 6months
he has a serious look on his face when meeting
new people.
usually doesnt smile just stares them down.
he is bouncing when he is on all fours (dad
thinks he will
be crawling by the end of July)
loves his taggie blankets
likes good old classic peek a boo
likes to hit things (we call him little bam bam)
bath time is the greatest things ever!! he sits up in his
tub now too (had his first bubble bath)
wants everything that he shouldn't or can't have ( like moms
cup and dads coke can)
